2018 has continued our Firm’s string of excellent results since our founding less than three years ago, thanks in very large part to your extraordinary efforts.
Some of you may have seen press reports of bonus announcements at some big law firms. As in the past, recognizing the contributions of our excellent associates and counsel, this year we will again provide bonus compensation well above market levels.

We are pleased to announce that the 2018 year-end bonuses for associates will be as follows:
Class of 2017: $22,500
Class of 2016: $37,500
Class of 2015: $75,000
Class of 2014: $97,500
Class of 2013: $120,000
Class of 2012: $135,000
Class of 2011 and senior: $150,000
Bonuses will be paid by December 15, 2017. And, as in past years, all associates who are currently with the Firm will receive bonuses. For associates who joined in the third and fourth quarters, the amounts will be prorated based on time at the Firm. We will contact those associates individually with details.
Bonuses for Counsel will be communicated individually, as well.
