Our client, an Am law 200 firm located in the Midwest, is looking for a mid-level to senior associate or junior partner to join the firm’s real estate practice in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
The ideal candidate should have at least five years of experience representing developers, owners, and operators of commercial properties in financing, licensing, leasing, development, acquisition, construction, and sales.
No book of business is required to join as a lateral junior partner. This firm has a reputation for providing a flexible, collegial and laid-back work environment along with a modest billable hour expectation.
