Neil Gorsuch’s New Book Sounds Very Familiar

I guess coming up with an original book title is harder than it sounds.

Answer: Chief Justice Earl Warren wrote his book by the same name in 1972. The repeat naming was pointed out by St. John’s law professor John Q. Barrett.
