*To be eligible for this mid-year bonus, you must have annualized bonus-eligible hours of at least 1,900 for the six-month period ending May 31, 2019 and to be eligible for the high-end of the mid-year bonus for your class year, your annualized bonus-eligible hours for the period must be at least 2,100. We recognize that there is significant variability in hours over a partial year and therefore if you are not eligible for this mid-year bonus or the higher-end of your class year bonus as of May 31, but finish the year with annual bonus-eligible hours greater than 1,900 or 2,100, respectively, then you will receive an amount equal to what your mid-year bonus would have been (less the amount of mid-year bonus paid) in addition to your year-end bonus (which will not be reduced by the end of year payment to you of a mid-year bonus amount). Mid-year bonuses will be prorated based on start dates and part-time arrangements.
