At this year’s CLOC Institute event, which took place in Las Vegas in mid-May, Evolve the Law’s Brian Dalton sat down with ETL member Wolters Kluwer to discuss the successes and challenges faced by small and midsize corporate legal departments in implementing legal operations. Wolters Kluwer will also soon be releasing a comprehensive white paper that will further assess these topics. The project hopes to bring a general consensus on best practices to the ever-changing field of legal ops, with the research specifically aiming to gain a better understanding of the priorities and pain points of small to midsize CLDs.
