A reputable national law firm is seeking a mid to senior level healthcare associate for its Healthcare group.
This is a busy practice and they are looking to fill the position immediately. The winning candidate will have 5-7 years of experience conducting complex regulatory analysis for compliance with federal and state health care regulatory laws, including the federal Anti-Kickback Statute and Stark. Must have comparable law firm experience. This position can sit in the firm’s Philadelphia, NYC or Princeton office.
