Rudy Giuliani Hasn’t Been In Court Since The 90s… What About His Last Case?

Check out the answer for more details.

Answer: Anderson Kill Olick & Oshinsky. He appears to have had two cases going during 1992. He represented AT&T in a civil RICO case in the Western District of New York that was swiftly dismissed in August 1992. The other matter was an action in the Northern District of California — Phoenix Laser v. Desideri, et al. — where Rudy represented a number of defendants but was systematically terminated as counsel to all of them, leaving the case completely in September. The case was ultimately dismissed.
