2021 Special Bonuses
As we move past the one-year mark of the global pandemic, the Firm recognizes that you all have been working under difficult circumstances. As we’ve said throughout the pandemic, our lawyers not only worked at high levels of productivity, providing top client service but also helped to sustain the strong and special culture of our Firm — including giving back through pro bono, which has also been at record levels. People have also come together to mentor, train and support one another on top of all their hard work and time on client matters. In appreciation of all of your efforts, the Management Committee is pleased to announce special bonuses for US Associates and Three Year Counsel in the amounts set forth below. Bonuses will be paid on May 28 and November 30, 2021. All US Associates and Three Year Counsel who are in good standing at the time of the payment are eligible to receive a special bonus, and all special bonuses will be subject to the customary prorations. These special bonuses will not impact our 2021 year-end bonuses.
