Re: Associate Bonuses
The past year has been like no other, and we could not be prouder of your exceptional dedication and hard work. We convey the gratitude of the entire partnership for the sacrifices you have made during these most trying of times. You are the cornerstone of the Firm’s success, and we thank you for everything you do for
the Firm and its clients.

In recognition of your incredible efforts, we are pleased to announce that the Firm will pay a special bonus to all U.S. associates in good standing who are on track to meet the productivity goal of 1 ,900 billable hours. The special bonus will not affect our year-end bonuses.

Using the following scale, the special bonus will be paid in June based on annualized billable hours as of May 31 , and in September based on annualized billable hours as of August 31 Associates who do not qualify for a special bonus payment at the time it is paid will receive it at the end of the year if they reach the productivity goal of 1,900 billable hours by that time.

The special bonus will be prorated for reduced hours associates and associates with approved leaves of absence. Associates who joined the firm during the year will receive prorated bonuses based on the above scale and consistent with their offer terms.

In addition, to further recognize and reward associates who exceed the Firm’s productivity goals, we are pleased to announce that we are significantly increasing our year-end high hours bonuses. We will share details about this enhanced bonus program in the coming weeks.

Again, on behalf of all Winston partners, thank you for all you do for the Firm.
