Leopard announced on Tuesday that its database shows over 8,000 openings for lawyer jobs, marking 150% growth since the start of the pandemic and higher levels than before COVID hit.

Leopard data also reveals 70% growth in open attorney jobs in 2021 (as of May 14), along with a 106% increase in open attorney jobs since Oct. 1.
“The challenge for law firms will now be how to source candidates in a competitive market as well as how to retain their people,” Leopard’s announcement says.
