The bonuses will be paid in two parts: the first in July and the second in December. We appreciate how hard everyone is working and want to reward special effort with these bonuses. Therefore, to be eligible for the July bonus, associates must be at 100% of budget, based on billable work alone, on June 30, 2021. To be eligible for the December bonus, associates must be at 100% of budget, based on billable work alone, on November 30, 2021. If an associate is not eligible for the July bonus on June 30, but becomes eligible for the December bonus by November 30, the July bonus will be paid retroactively. Associates must be employees of the firm in good standing on the dates bonuses are paid to receive them. Associates who have adjusted budgets, other than due to parental leave, will receive bonuses prorated to their budgets.
These special bonuses are in addition to any work effort bonuses awarded in February of 2022 for full-year performance, which will be awarded based on the same eligibility criteria as used in past years.
