We are committed to attracting and retaining the best associate talent.  In this regard, we will also be increasing our counsel base salaries by $15,000.  The Firm has been on a strong growth trajectory since August 2020.  We have seen a stellar 2021 so far, and this performance is set to continue.  We have chosen to move at a fast pace, and we are delighted to have so many talented attorneys who have chosen to help us continue to advance our strategy.

Having a strong associate and counsel group is essential to executing our strategy successfully.  We have and we will continue to expand our core practice areas with the greatest potential for our Firm, focusing on our geographic footprint and key industries, while investing in partner recruitment as well as promoting internal talent.  Thank you for your ongoing commitment to the Firm and your continued contribution to our success.
