As you likely have seen, the big law associate salary market has moved again. After a flurry of activity, it seems to have settled around the Davis Polk grid. As we have done consistently over our last eleven years, we will increase our associate salary grid to once again exceed the big law grid. Effective July 1, your salaries will increase according to the following:

| 2nd | $215,000 | $220,000 |
| 3rd | $240,000 | $245,000 |
| 4th | $275,000 | $280,000 |
| 5th | $305,000 | $310,000 |
| 6th | $330,000 | $335,000 |
| 7th | $350,000 | $355,000 |
| 8th | $365,000 | $370,000 |
And, of course, we will maintain our practice of substantially exceeding the year-end market bonuses, and providing for your healthcare and contributing to your 401k.
