With thanks for all you do, we are pleased to announce that associate salaries will increase, effective July 1, 2021, as follows:
| Class | Salary |
| 2021 | $202,500 |
| 2020 | $205,000 |
| 2019 | $215,000 |
| 2018 | $240,000 |
| 2017 | $275,000 |
| 2016 | $305,000 |
| 2015 | $330,000 |
| 2014 | $350,000 |
Summer associate salaries will also be raised on a prorated basis to match the Class of 2020 salary, effective July 1, 2021.
As you know, earlier this year we announced our intention, once again, to exceed the bonus scale established by other market-leading firms. We anticipate paying year-end bonuses significantly above the 2021 market for all associates who are meeting or exceeding the Firm’s expectations.

Going forward, based on feedback from our associates, we intend to pay lockstep bonuses for 1st through 3rd year classes. The Firm will continue to pay differentiated bonuses for 4th year classes and above consistent with associate performance.
Thank you for your invaluable contributions to the Firm!
