Homeowners Hate This 1 Property Rule!

All around me are familiar issues, worn out rules, worn out rules...

As a person who up till very recently was studying for the bar (apparently you have to register for it to take the test), I have been fighting the urge to IRAC  literally every image I’ve come across. This picture u/Kingofsunnyvale posted of a neighbor who build a fence through their neighbor’s boat ramp after finding out they owned a corner of the property was too good to not share.
