In-Office Protocols

How Time Tracking And Passive Tracking Tools Are Helping Law Firms Capture More Revenue
Discover how passive time-tracking tools help law firms boost revenue, reduce billing errors, and save time—featuring insights from the 2025 MyCase Legal Industry Report.
As many are aware, the U.S. Department of Labor announced plans to issue federal guidelines that would require employers like us to limit access to our facilities only to those persons who provide either proof of vaccination or a weekly negative COVID test. We do not know whether or when these proposed regulations will become effective.
After a thorough review, we have decided to adopt this same approach for our U.S. offices, regardless of whether the federal guidelines take effect. We do so in the interest of establishing uniformity across all of our U.S. offices.
As a result, effective November 8, 2021, and until further notice, all personnel will need to provide either proof of vaccination or a weekly negative COVID test.
We are working on providing on-site COVID testing services for all of our U.S. offices. We also will begin the process of requesting vaccination status from those personnel desiring to provide such information. Those desiring not to be vaccinated or who prefer not to disclose their vaccination status will need to provide the weekly negative tests.

How You Can Take Control Of Your Firm’s Financial Future
Roadblocks to data-driven business management are falling, and a better bottom line awaits.
Those personnel who have provided proof of vaccination may, where local guidelines permit, wear face coverings in the office at their discretion. Those who wish to remain unvaccinated or not disclose their vaccination status will be asked to wear a mask in common areas.
Human Resources will reach out with specific details on all of the above in the coming days. As local guidelines continue to evolve, your office administrator will communicate changes and updates.
