Both the year-end and one-time special bonuses will be paid to all eligible U.S. associates on February 4 and to international associates in local currency in accordance with month-end payroll. Associates who were eligible and did not qualify for a Spring Bonus in May or a Fall Bonus in October, but who ultimately are paid an associate Year-End Bonus, will be retroactively awarded the Spring and Fall Bonus in addition to the Year-End Bonus.
