With the addition of Uncover’s technology, the litigation software is delivering rapid innovation.
Associates who record ARC hours materially higher than 1,950 hours and/or associates who received a Distinctive rating will receive bonuses above these class amounts up to a maximum of 175% of the new scale amount. Bonuses will be based on rating and subject to pro-ration based on our standard practice for flex time schedules, hire date, and approved leaves of absence. Bonuses will be paid in the January 2022 payroll.
In addition, we are pleased to announce that we will pay an additional special bonus to associates in the United States who met the 1,950 ARC total hours requirement for FY21 per the scale below. These special bonuses also will be paid in the January 2022 payroll to actively employed associates.

The change in the associate bonus scale and the Special bonus will be taken into consideration when determining bonuses for our Counsel and other Professional Track attorneys.
