On behalf of the partnership, I am pleased to announce that the Firm will increase base salaries of eligible U.S. associates in good standing as follows:

| 2017 | $ 335,000 |
| 2016 | $ 360,500 |
| 2015 | $ 381,000 |
| 2014 | $ 396,500 |
Salaries for U.S. of counsel and associate classes senior to 2014 will be determined on an individual basis.
The base salary increase is retroactive to January 1, 2022 and will be reflected in the March 15, 2022 pay cycle.
