The Management Committee is pleased to announce that we are further adjusting our US Associate base salaries as noted in the updated chart below.

| 2020 | $225,000 |
| 2019 | $250,000 |
| 2018 | $295,000 |
| 2017 | $345,000 |
| 2016 | $370,000 |
| 2015 | $400,000 |
| 2014 | $415,000 |
Salary increases are retroactive to January 1, 2022 for associates who are employed by the Firm and in good standing on March 31, 2022 and will be reflected in March 31, 2022 paychecks. Counsel compensation adjustments will be made on a case-by-case basis and communicated separately.
