Another Biglaw Firm Gets On Board With The $415K Associate Salary Scale

A new market standard emerges!

The firm is known for giving associates a little something extra when bonus time rolls around, so it isn’t a shock that Cahill is moving to the new industry standard for base compensation. Cahill wants to show its associates that they’re appreciated and they have the cash to do so!

The new salary scale at the firm is as follows:
