Who said you need to work at a big firm to get the big bucks?

money up arrowWhile there is a lot of money in Biglaw, it’s not your only option.

Working at a boutique firm could be your way of working in your niche interests while still getting paid broad dollar — at least it is for the folks at Cohen Ziffer Frenchman & McKenna. They decided to match the Cravath scale!

Here’s a breakdown:

Gibson Dunn Cravath Match Memo 2022

Now those are some purty numbers! The pay will be retroactive to January 1st of this year. While I am sure their attorneys are happy, hats off to whoever has to handle the calculations in payroll.

We like hearing about salary increases almost as much as you enjoy spending them. As soon as your firm’s memo comes out, please email it to us (subject line: “[Firm Name] Matches”) or text us (646-820-8477). Please include the memo if available. You can take a photo of the memo and send it via text or email if you don’t want to forward the original PDF or Word file.
