Associate Raises Aren't Over Yet...

This time... Texas.

Biglaw-bonus-money-lawyer-associate-woman-female-cash-raining-1Spring has officially sprung, but that doesn’t mean the associate raises that brighten up the cold of winter are done.

Just yesterday Texas-based litigation boutique Yetter Coleman announced that it was matching the new salary scale that’s taken the nation by storm. Yetter, one of the top litigation firms by law school pedigree, told associates the new compensation scale was part of its effort to “retain and attract the highest caliber of talent.”

Accordingly, the new salary scale at the firm is as follows:
