2022 was another banner year for the firm. Together, we secured prominent commercial victories for clients, including in multiple trials. We advanced the public interest, litigating some of the most critical issues our country is facing. And we celebrated our evolution to Selendy Gay Elsberg, growing our community of talented lawyers and staff. Without question, the intellect, hard work, creativity, and firm citizenship of our associates have been vital to our successes this year.
Since our launch, we have expressed our appreciation for our associates’ critical contributions by surpassing the bonus levels set by the legal market. We are delighted to do so again this year.
Associates in good standing will receive bonuses that exceed market rates by 10%, with some associates receiving more based on a holistic assessment of performance and commitment to the firm. Please note that bonuses will be prorated for those who have not worked a full year.
Bonuses will be paid on December 23. The base amount used for bonuses in each class are as follows:
