Another Trump lawyer pleads guilty, and this time Rudy has a lot to worry about.

Jenna Ellis, the former low-level prosecutor officially deemed too incompetent to be fired for cause yet somehow ended up on Donald Trump’s so-called election “Elite Strike Force,” just entered her tearful guilty plea in the Georgia case. Or should we say, “Doctor Jenna Ellis,” since she’s one of those lawyers?
No… we’re not going to say that.

Ellis worked extensively and almost exclusively with Giuliani, flanking the former NYC mayor in almost every one of his 2020 appearances — except THAT one — up to and including sitting loyally by his side as he ripped one while testifying to the Michigan House of Representatives.

Did you though? Yes, Ellis signed a stipulation of misconduct with Colorado bar authorities, but then rushed to publicly downplay the stipulation and claim that she never really admitted to “lying.”

As she went on to explain: “The standard reads, ‘dishonesty, fraud, deceit, OR misrepresentation.'” This may seem like a distinction without difference, and that’s because it is. Something tells me she’s not going to turn around and gaslight the public over this one.
It’s a sad day for Ellis, who picked herself up from bombing out of traffic court to soar at the highest levels of legal power only to end up crying in a Georgia courtroom.
