According to Wells Fargo Legal Specialty Group’s most recent nine-month survey, how much is Biglaw productivity down this year compared with the average billable hours in 2018 and 2019?

Hint: For the first nine months in 2018/19, Biglaw attorneys billed an average of 1,636 hours. This year, that number is down, and capacity “remains a challenge.”
