How Your Firm Can Automate The Work No One Wants To Do

Hear how one attorney adjusted his client journey for the better.

kaufmann-3821436_1280Perhaps the holy grail for law firms is the development of effective, automated workflows to manage the rote business tasks that nobody really wants to do.

It’s a way to delegate more work for attorneys while also freeing up and up-skilling law firm staff.

If you can pull it off as a law firm manager, you’ll be able to save both time and money as your revenue consequently goes up.

So, how do you do it?

To find out, we invited Tony Interlandi of Monarch Law onto the Non-Eventcast podcast to talk about how he achieved this veritable nirvana, in his own law practice.

I began by talking with Tony about how he started as a solo practitioner and built up his law firm over time (9:18).

After that, Tony discussed how he rebranded his law firm and selected a trade name that effectively expressed attributes about his practice (15:12).

Tony addressed how he streamlined his law practice, and the positive effects that had on work allocation in his business (19:50).

Tony then covered how he selected Clio Grow for a customer relationship management software, including how he integrated it into his existing technology platform (21:24).

Next, Tony went in on the value of a structured intake pipeline and how he leveraged technology to manage it (25:27).

Tony also talked about how important time management has become for implementing a streamlined approach to client intake (29:03).

Lastly, Tony endorses the use of a CRM, in part for the value it provides in allowing law firms to make decisions about intake by leveraging data accessible through the reporting tools in those systems (39:58).

If you feel like your intake system needs a revised roadmap, listen to this episode of the Non-Eventcast to see how one attorney adjusted his client journey for the better.  Start here to better vet and close your target clients.
