In acknowledgement of your exceptional efforts during this busy period, we are pleased to announce that we will be paying special bonuses in September to all of our associates and special counsel globally.
Your commitment and enthusiasm are vital to our ability to provide unparalleled client service. We appreciate your talent and dedication and want to share the Firm’s financial success with you.
The special bonus schedule for all associates and special counsel is outlined below.

| Class of 2022 | $10,000 |
| Class of 2021 | $15,000 |
| Class of 2020 | $20,000 |
| Class of 2019 | $25,000 |
| Class of 2018 | $25,000 |
| Class of 2017 | $25,000 |
| Class of 2016 and more senior | $25,000 |
| Special Counsel | $25,000 |
Bonuses will be paid on or before September 30, 2024, to associates and special counsel in good standing. Bonuses will also be subject to the usual prorations for 2024 start dates, part-time schedules and unpaid leaves of absence.
