Another Biglaw firm has joined the bonus train, and this time it’s O’Melveny & Myers! They reported $987,798,000 gross revenue and profits per equity partner of $2,749,000 in 2023 according to the most recent Am Law 100. Employees at the firm just received a voicemail announcing that the firm is matching the market bonuses and special bonuses! Here’s the scale:
