To Our Associates,
On behalf of the partnership, we want to express our heartfelt thanks for your remarkable hard work and unwavering commitment—and towards that end, we are happy to announce the 2024 bonuses, which far exceed the market scale. All associates will receive a year-end bonus that is 175% of the market scale, in addition to a special bonus.
We are delighted that each of you joined the Firm and are grateful that your grit, intelligence, and passion for trial work have made our inaugural year an extraordinary success with our high volume of trials and outstanding results for our clients. These victories would not be possible without each of you. Your collective spirit of comradery and good humor has also made the Firm a vibrant and inspiring place to work.
In recognition of all you have done, the following bonuses will be paid to all associates, without exception, on December 20, 2024.

Additionally, we are pleased to announce the following annual salary scale for 2025, effective January 1, 2025, which will be reflected in the January 15, 2025 payroll.
