Woop Woop! As of *checks watch* now, Ketanji Brown Jackson is the 116th Supreme Court Justice of the United States. And while she is technically new to this, she’s been true to this. Her eminence’s credentials and decades of work experience are heavily welcome additions to a Court that ignored the fact pattern to get the Bremerton outcome and waived away a 111 year old gun law no prior Supreme Court seemed to have issue with so that the NRA can make more money.

That’s what I’m assuming the ruling was based on — I mean it clearly wasn’t based on stare decisis. Enough about that; this is a day of celebration! I look forward to KBJ’s robust defense of the rule of law, equity, justice and liberty, all those things the country is founded on…in the dissent of the next 6-3 decision that eviscerates a liberty that is considered a given in pretty much every other country.
