Who is suing Warner Bros. and DC Comics over DC Superhero Girls-branded dolls and Lego sets that feature a teenage superhero who is a tech wizard, projects sonic blasts, and can shrink?

Hint: The plaintiff is claiming trademark infringement over a mark, saying, “Such improper use of the Accused Mark by Defendants and/or their licensees is likely to cause confusion, mistake and/or deception among the public as to the source of the Accused Goods.”
