A reputable Am law firm is looking for a junior to mid-level corporate associate with M&A transactions experience.
Private equity experience and/or representing strategic buyers and sellers is preferred. This is a client facing role working with private and public companies. The winning candidate will have comparable big law experience and a desire to work directly with clients. The firm is well known for providing a collegial and hands-on environment.
