The team represents an exclusive roster of corporate borrowers, private equity sponsors, and financial institutions in complex financing transactions. This is an outstanding opportunity to work on high-profile matters, gaining exposure to a broad range of complex financial deals with some of the world’s leading companies and financial institutions. Ideal candidates will have a strong foundation in corporate finance law and a desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Stellar academic credentials from a nationally-ranked US law school and admission to the New York bar are required. In accordance with New York pay equity law, a good faith estimate of the base salary range is $310,000 to $365,000.
