Kinney Recruiting is assisting a mid-sized law firm on a search for an associate with at least three (3) years of experience handling FDA regulations and laws affecting life science (particularly pharmaceutical) companies. The position is open in the New York and Washington DC offices. This firm is known nationally for its healthcare and life sciences practice. We are seeking candidates with experience on FDA regulatory matters (FDA regulatory compliance, including preclinical through commercial product development), familiarity with the Food Drug and Cosmetics Act, DSHEA, and the Board of Pharmacy regulations in the state in which the candidate is licensed to practice. Understanding this is a niche practice, we encourage candidates with experience in complementary practice areas to apply.
