A highly-regarded Private Client practice of a large law firm in Washington DC is seeking a Counsel-level tax attorney with experience advising closely held businesses, private foundations, exempt organizations, and private individuals on tax and wealth planning. The position is available in the firm's Washington DC, Tysons Corner, VA, and Charlotte NC offices. This practice has an excellent reputation for advising families and their businesses in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic region. We are interested in speaking with candidates with at least seven (7) years of large law firm experience representing private clients in business transactions, succession planning, and other related matters. Experience advising on tax aspects of exempt organizations would be highly valued in this role. A JD from a highly-ranked US law school is required.
