Jr to Mid Level U.S. Emerging Companies & Venture Capital Associate

Position Overview We are actively recruiting a U.S.-trained EC/VC Associate to join a highly active, fast-growing practice in London. This team represents EU- and UK-based clients conducting business in the United States. Due to a significant influx of work, our partner contacts are looking to immediately begin interviewing candidates. This is a rare opportunity to secure full U.S. market compensation while building a long-term practice in the highly open European market. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS Years of Experience: Strictly seeking a 2nd or 3rd Year Associate with dedicated Emerging Companies and Venture Capital (EC/VC) experience. Firm Background: Must currently be practicing at a recognized peer firm. Candidates with a background in the NYC market are highly preferred due to cultural alignment, but all top-tier markets will be considered. Bar Admission: U.S. Bar admission is required (no preference on the specific state).
