Kinney Recruiting is working with a global Am law firm to find a highly motivated securitization associate to join their team in New York or Boston. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience structuring, negotiating, and documenting a wide range of securitization transactions, including CLOs and representing issuers, borrowers and lenders.
