The Dallas office of our client, an acclaimed AmLaw 100 international law firm,  is seeking an associate attorney with 4-6 years of L&E experience to join their Labor & Employment Group. Significant litigation experience is a plus (even if not employment litigation), including day-to-day responsibility on cases. Their practice includes employment class actions (including trade secret and restrictive covenant cases). The right person will have trial experience and be willing to take depositions, cover hearings, interview witnesses, handle written discovery, and write persuasive briefs. You will also have demonstrable substantive knowledge of basic employment concepts under Title VII, ADA, ADEA, FMLA, and similar federal and state employment laws.
