Mid-Level Private Equity M&A Associate

A biglaw firm client that Kinney Recruiting has worked with for over two decades is seeking a private equity M&A associate for its New York office. The ideal candidate should have at least four (4) years of experience representing private equity sponsors and private and public companies in M&A transactions, including managing deal teams from beginning to closing. This is a rare opportunity to work with a team of diverse partners on domestic and international deals, particularly those involving Latin America. We welcome candidates with New York biglaw experience, admission to the New York bar, and a JD or LLM degree from a top-tier US law school to apply.
