This is a long-term client of ours, and their needs are red hot, the firm’s environmental and tort litigation practice is thriving. Work is going great, and they’re looking to deepen the bench with a talented courtroom litigator to handle complex matters arising from spills, toxic events, and large-scale accidents.About the RoleThis role sits at the intersection of environmental law and high-stakes litigation. The successful candidate will handle tort cases involving environmental exposure, contamination, and related claims. While the position could sit within the Trial Group (preferred) or Environmental Practice, the ideal candidate will become a go-to resource for environmental litigation matters across the firm.Ideal Candidate8+ years of experience in environmental or tort litigationDemonstrated courtroom and trial experience; a true litigator, not just a paper pusherStrong research, writing, and advocacy skillsExperience handling cases involving spills, toxic releases, or accident-related claimsWhy This Role Stands OutThis is a firm we’ve partnered with for years, and they continue to grow through excellence, not turnover.
