The Dallas office of our client, a top AmLaw 100 global firm, is seeking an experienced real estate development lawyer with Joint Venture experience. This is an Income Partner/Of Counsel role and there is no requirement for portable business! Ideally you will “sit” in Dallas, but you may be able to sit in Houston or Austin if you don’t need any training and your experience is such that the partners are comfortable with you working “remotely”. The partners currently doing the work are in Dallas. Candidates should have a strong academic record from a nationally respected law school and an equally impressive undergraduate degree, as well as large law firm experience and excellent references. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a commitment to excellence are also required.
