The Houston office of our client, a Top I00 AmLaw international firm, is seeking a senior associate or counsel to join its energy transactions team in Houston. Qualified candidates will have at least six years of experience advising on a wide range of complex corporate and commercial energy-related transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, project development, commodities transactions, and infrastructure matters. Ideal candidates will have experience across the upstream, midstream, and downstream oil and gas sectors, as well as conventional and renewable power and energy transition projects. Candidates should have large law firm experience and superior academic credentials. Strong verbal and written communication skills and a commitment to excellence are also required.
