Top Level Finance Counsel Opportunity

We met with the managing partner of a longterm (AmLaw top 100 ranked) client this week, and there is need for a Counsel level securitization finance guru. Work is going great, and the firm is looking to add depth to its finance team. They are open to strong candidates at the Counsel level across finance subcategories, with a particular interest with securitization experience.About the RoleThis position will join a busy finance practice handling a wide range of complex transactions. The group advises on leveraged finance, structured products, and other credit-related work, and is looking to strengthen its bench with additional top talent. The ideal candidate will help the firm grow its securitization market presence while continuing to support its strong deal flow across existing clients.Ideal Candidate- 8+ years of experience in one or more finance areas such as securitization, leveraged finance, capital markets, or structured finance- Solid drafting and negotiation skills- Strong academic record and law firm experience- Comfort working on multiple high-value transactions simultaneouslyWhy This Role Stands OutThis is a long-standing Kinney client with a proven record of steady, strategic growth.
