Kinney has just been asked by a highly sought-after Chicago boutique to assist in their search for a Trademark Associate. The firm's clientele includes high-end and well-known brands. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of experience with trademark counseling and portfolio management, searching and preparing clearance opinions, prosecution and maintenance, and trademark and copyright litigation. Experience with design patents, false advertising, and trade secret litigation is preferred but not required.
