First things first: screw you, NYU Law. This is basically my dream apartment, and it will forever be my dream apartment, because I don’t even know what planet I’d have to be on to be able to afford something like this.
The school is essentially paying for its professors to have a full-time doorman who can open the door and greet guests decked out in professorial bow-ties before lavish rooftop galas. This is a pretty classy deal for professors.
I mean, I don’t live in New York, but I have a doorman. Sure, he’s usually drunk, he smells bad, and he’s always asking me for spare change, but sometimes he opens the door for me, and that’s pretty swanky in these parts.
