Lawyerly Lairs: Cravath Cribs (Part 1)(A non-partner's million-dollar penthouse.)

Partners at Cravath, where profits per partner exceeded $3 million in 2010, are definitely in the top 1 percent. But it seems that even non-partners are doing nicely for themselves, despite all the bonus bellyaching. Check out the million-dollar penthouse -- yay real estate porn! -- of one of Cravath's corporate lawyers. And she's not even a partner....

There are city views:

And there are river views:

Spectacular! Raglan’s pad might not be as luxurious as the $3.7 million apartment, also on the Upper West Side, once owned by Cravath partner turned judge Katherine Forrest, but it still exudes fabulosity. Just because you’re not a partner doesn’t mean you must live in poverty.

Want to learn more about the apartment? The listing is down now because the transaction has closed, but if you visit the website of Halstead broker Patrycia Harbison, you can still take a video tour. Just click on the link for “Sneak Peek Inside 101 West 67th Street” (either on the side or at the bottom). Enjoy!

UPDATE (12/11/11): We just found an archived version of the listing, via StreetEasy — which includes a floor plan. We’ve added it on the next page.
