Needed National Commercial Underwriter for National Teams. One role is fully remote and one is in Manhattan. Both focus on complex commercial real estate transactions, underwriting guidance, risk assessment, and client support nationwide.

Candidate qualifications are as follows:
• 5-10+ years of substantive experience in national title insurance underwriting.
• Understanding of commercial title insurance underwriting for national, complex commercial real estate transactions for title policy issuance.
• Ability to interpret and apply underwriting standards within delegated authority limits.
• Solid knowledge of real estate transactions, title, and settlement processes.
• Must be familiar with applicable real estate law, including federal and state regulations.
