TOP 20 AmLaw firm is seeking an Associate for its nationally recognized, Chambers rated, Life Sciences Corporate Practice Group.
Candidate qualifications are as follows:
• JD from a top-tier law school with excellent academic record.
• Active Bar Admission in ANY OF the relevant jurisdictions (CA, DC, MA, NY, PA), in good standing, or eligibility to obtain admission promptly.
• 2-4 years of corporate transactional experience, including public company work, equity offerings, SEC reporting, and M&A transactions.
• Experience advising life sciences companies is preferred; candidates with above experience AND genuine interest in the life sciences sector will also be considered.
• Prior AmLaw firm experience is required.
