Interestingly enough, the buyer is a lawyer as well, in-house counsel at a major media company. Who are the parties to this transaction? And what does a $4.6 million apartment look like?
The living room, while not my cup of tea, is fine. The oil paintings of dead white males make it a bit too much like the Sullivan & Cromwell offices for my taste, but it’s a well-proportioned space that gets decent light. And the working fireplace is lovely:
